Membership Agreement

This agreement is made between Six Seats and the participant who creates a membership and makes a table reservation through the Six Seats platform.

The subject of this agreement is to set out the mutual rights and obligations relating to the creation of a membership, table reservations, payment, refunds and participant privacy.

The Six Seats product is an individual right to take part in a table of up to 6 people. The exact date, time and venue of the table are not fixed at the time of reservation; once the table has been filled with paying participants, they are set by Six Seats on the basis of the date window announced for the table and communicated to the participants.

The right to take part is personal. One reservation covers one person; corporate packages, group reservations and multi-participation packages are not sold.

The participation fee covers the organisation and the curation of the table. Food and drink ordered at the venue are paid for by the participant directly to the establishment.

When a reservation is made, a seat at the relevant table is set aside in the participant's name.

When the table reaches 6 paying participants, Six Seats sets the date, time and venue; the table is confirmed with these details and a confirmation notice is sent to the participants.

If the table does not reach 6 people, Six Seats may exercise one of its rights to postpone the table, cancel it or hold it with the current number of participants, and notifies the participant accordingly. In the event of cancellation, the amount paid is refunded.

Payments are accepted only through the Biletino platform, by card. Six Seats does not collect, process or store card details.

After completing their payment on Biletino, the participant reports on the reservation page that the payment has been completed. The reservation remains pending until the payment has been verified by Six Seats, and the seat is held for a limited period. If the payment is not verified within this period, the reservation lapses and the seat is released for sale again.

Until the date of the table has been set, the participant may request a refund at any time.

Once the date has been set, the participant may request a refund up to 6 hours before the start of the event. The refund window is calculated on the basis of the date and time assigned to the table itself.

Once this period has expired, a refund request can no longer be made.

The refund is completed through the operational process of Biletino, where the payment was made.

Participants' telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, LinkedIn addresses and other contact details are not shared with other participants.

On the public table page, participants whose payment has been confirmed are shown under a masked name with only the following information, depending on the table format: job title and sector at Business tables, age and English level at Meet in English tables, age and profession at New Faces tables.

A participant may tell us that they do not wish to appear on the table page; in that case "Participant" is shown instead of their name and their other information is hidden.

Meet in English tables are a format in which the entire conversation takes place in English, and they are set up for participants with a minimum level of B1 (CEFR).

This condition is not an assessment of the participant but a requirement of the table's format. New Faces or Business tables are recommended for participants below B1.

The participant is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date membership and profile information.

The participant agrees to comply with the Community Guidelines and the rules of mutual courtesy at the table.

Six Seats reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of a participant who breaches the guidelines.

Information on the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy Notice (KVKK) and the Cookie Policy.

Booking, payment and table notices are sent by e-mail as part of the performance of this agreement and do not require separate consent.

Commercial electronic messages for marketing purposes are sent only with the separate, optional consent of the participant, who may withdraw it at any time.

Upon creating a membership, the participant declares that they have read and accepted this agreement.

Six Seats reserves the right to amend this agreement; amendments take effect on the date they are published on this page.
